A relaxing place to practice REAL Japanese

I’m Saki — a Japanese content creator sharing my honest thoughts and perspectives about Japanese culture, communication, and everyday life.
Before starting this club, I worked at a Japanese high school as an English teacher for 6 years.
Through both teaching and my own language learning experience, I realized something important:
Many people study a language for years, but still don’t feel confident speaking.
Why?
Because language learning is not only about memorizing words or understanding grammar.
You also need a safe place to use the language little by little.
Learning a language is a bit like learning how to swim.
Even if you understand swimming in your head, you can’t actually swim unless you go into the water, right?
That’s why I decided to create a relaxed space where you can practice speaking Japanese without pressure.
You do NOT need perfect Japanese here.
Even if you can only say one or two words — that’s completely okay.
You can:
- mix Japanese and English
- make mistakes
- take your time
- ask questions freely
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is:
✨ getting comfortable expressing yourself in Japanese.
I also focus on helping you learn natural Japanese that people actually use in real life, not only textbook Japanese.
Sometimes Japanese can feel confusing because written Japanese and spoken Japanese are often very different!

🌿 Weekly Group Sessions (at most 5 people!)
Option 1
Wednesday 8:30pm – 9:20pm (Sydney time🌙)
Option 2
Thursday 8:20am – 9:10am (Sydney time🌞)
50-minute session fee:
2500 JPY
(about 22 AUD / 13.5 EUR / 15.7 USD)
